Dallas, TX manual testing for a CIS Transformation JD Looking for candidate Execute manual testing for a CIS Transformation initiative across billing, usage, payments, and customer processes Validate system and integration flows involving Oracle C2M, TIBCO BW, MDMS, CRM, and financial systems Develop and execute test scenarios and detailed test cases based on business and functional requirements Perform SIT, end-to-end, regression, and UAT support testing under guidance of the QA Lead
Required skills:
Prepare and maintain test data for CIS use cases such as move-in/move-out, billing cycles, payments, and adjustments Conduct data validation across interfaces, flat files, APIs, and database layers Log, track, and retest defects through the full defect lifecycle using approved tools Collaborate with QA Lead, developers, and business teams to validate fixes and enhancements Participate in sprint ceremonies, test execution reviews, and defect triage meetings Maintain accurate test execution evidence and documentation for audit and compliance needs Ensure adherence to QA processes, CIS testing standards, and delivery timelines Support UAT execution and production validation activities as required Gain functional understanding of CIS business processes and utility domain workflows A Quality Engineer with a functional focus specializes in designing and executing testing for applications and systems built using custom technologies.
