io Vista is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of eCommerce and digital solutions projects. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce project management, experience working with offshore development teams, and a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and support initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple eCommerce and digital projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate daily project activities, ongoing support requests, and maintenance initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with offshore development, QA, design, and marketing teams to gather updates, track progress, and remove project roadblocks.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication standards are maintained.
- Manage client expectations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate third‑party vendors, technology partners, and integration stakeholders when necessary.
- 3+ years of project management experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or web development environments.
- Experience managing projects on Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, and/or Big Commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce operations and workflows.
- Experience with ERP, PIM, CRM, CMS, payment gateway, and third‑party system integrations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross‑functional teams simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating remote and offshore development teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to develop project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, , Click Up, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Experience working within digital agencies or eCommerce consulting organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience supporting long‑term client accounts and recurring support engagements.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, conversion optimization, and analytics initiatives.
