MSPA Architect

Role Overview

The MSPA Architect is responsible for defining the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a primary focus on Power Automate. This role plays a critical part in driving digital transformation by designing scalable, secure, and high‑performing automation frameworks aligned with business objectives. The MSPA Architect acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are sustainable, compliant, and future‑ready.

• Define and lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise‑grade automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and related Microsoft technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for Power Platform adoption.
• Design end‑to‑end integration strategies across Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third‑party systems using APIs and connectors.
• Lead automation strategy initiatives including RPA, process optimization, and workflow modernization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to design patterns and standards.
• Conduct solution reviews, architecture validations and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) to evaluate new capabilities and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection policies, including environment management and DLP controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities and define implementation roadmaps.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery oversight, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability and quality benchmarks.
