Blackstone Talent Group is looking for an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for our Enterprise Architecture Application Portfolio. This role keeps the portfolio up to date, tracks changes in application/system ownership, integrations, and more.
Responsibilities- Report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture Systems and collaborate closely to provide portfolio insights and feedback.
- Work with a cross‑functional group to keep the portfolio up to date, engaging IT and business stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Assist with high‑level system and data architectural diagrams when necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes.
- Technical knowledge and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and team orientation.
- Familiarity with Service Now and Orbus Infinity is a plus.
- Hard skills:
Microsoft Suite; team player; strong communication; cross‑functional coordination; application portfolio management.
