Senior IT Business Development Manager

Donato Technologies is looking for an experienced IT Business Development Manager with a proven track record of bringing in direct client accounts, IT staffing requirements, and consulting opportunities.
Requirements- 5+ years of IT staffing/business development experience
- Must have experience acquiring direct client accounts
- Strong network of hiring managers and decision-makers
- Ability to generate new IT staffing requisitions and consulting opportunities
- Experience with MSP/VMS and direct clients preferred
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven
This is a senior‑level role. We are seeking professionals who can independently bring new business and client relationships—not junior sales representatives.
