Job Description:
We are preparing to implement Cargo Wise for our US Brokerage teams and want to have our phases run concurrently so we are looking for subject matter experts to assist in our deployment. This includes advising on best practices, supporting process design, and assisting with the development of internal user guides and SOPs. We also have a need for someone to support our hypercare after each phase go live, so the teams can continue working on the other phase deployments.
We ideally want to transition all of US Brokerage by July 2027
Required:
Very strong knowledge of Cargo Wise, US Brokerage air/ocean, N. Border, S. Border. Previously CW implementation experience preferred.
