Epic Credentialed Trainer

Insight Global is hiring a variety of Credentialed Epic Trainers to support classroom environment training for a large hospital system in Dallas. This will be an on-site role requiring in-person as well as virtual training. The Credentialed Trainers will be handling all New Employee Orientation (NEO) and workstream specific trainings. This team will be supporting the surge of work around a large‑scale Epic Refuel (back to foundation) program.

• Clin Doc (must have experience w/ Behavioral Health, Stork, and Rehab)
• Grand Central/Prelude
• Resolute HB/PB/HIM

Candidates must be Epic certified in each application that they are expected to train in.

Interviews will be held July 13th - July 17th, with onboarding kicking off by July 18th.

• Pass a background check (Employment, Education, Criminal History)
• Pass a drug test (testing for everything you can think of)
• Complete preemployment Health Screenings (TB, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TDAP, Covid, Flu during flu season) - These are paid for by Insight Global, no out of pocket cost

Insight Global is not interested in subcontracting or hiring consultants on 1099 or Corp-to-Corp basis. Candidates must be able to work on W-2 with no sponsorship.
