Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target accounts that fit the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and Linked In to spark interest and qualify opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and align solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

  • Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and engaging across all channels.
  • Resilient & Results-Driven: Comfortable handling rejection and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage high-volume outreach with precision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce) and Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • Curious & Proactive: Passionate about learning, improving, and understanding customer challenges.
