Job Summary
The Operational Readiness Training Manager will lead the development and execution of training programs that support data center operational readiness across multiple sites. This role ensures teams are fully prepared for site launches and ongoing operations while helping build a structured internal training program.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and execution of training programs aligned with data center operations and business needs
- Oversee the full lifecycle of training programs, including planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, EHS, Security, Technical teams) to identify training needs and skill gaps
- Coordinate and support operational readiness assessments, including:
- Pre-launch readiness assessments
- Mid-year (6-month) assessments
- Annual assessments
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop relevant technical training content
- Translate assessment results and operational feedback into targeted training improvements
- Support the creation and scaling of a formal internal training framework (Data Center University)
- Provide ongoing training and development support for both Data Center, Blockchain and corporate staff
- Guide and partner with training specialists and program managers on content development and execution
- Ensure alignment of training programs with technology updates, operational processes, and business objectives
- Establish and track training metrics and performance indicators to measure effectiveness
- 5+ years Data Center experience
- 5+ years of training program management experience, including designing and managing end-to-end training programs
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Experience in staff development and training
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build programs from the ground up in evolving environments
Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (office manuals, case notebooks, case files, case materials, standard boxes, report binders, etc.) as needed.
