Job DescriptionWe are seeking Sr. UX Product Designers to join a Digital Customer Experience team within a large enterprise organization. This multidisciplinary UX team drives user experiences across both customer-facing and employee-facing applications.
This is a highly collaborative role working with cross-functional product teams to own initiatives from concept through implementation. You will influence product direction through user-centered design, research, and data-driven decision-making. This position may align to product-focused delivery or Design Operations, helping scale standards, systems, and processes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from ideation through execution across web, mobile, and desktop experiences
- Influence product decisions using UX best practices, research insights, and design principles within agile environments
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions
- Create wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned to design systems
- Define interaction flows, visual design standards, and information architecture
- Conduct and apply user research including usability testing, interviews, and heuristic evaluations
- Develop research strategies, test plans, and hypotheses to iterate on design solutions
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders using strong storytelling skills
- Track progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies using tools such as Jira, Rally, or Aha!
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple platforms
- Support and contribute to design systems and enterprise-wide UX standards
- Mentor and guide other designers to promote collaboration and growth
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related role
- Experience working in agile environments and partnering closely with Engineering teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes
- Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android), web, and desktop applications
- Proficiency in user research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0+ AA), inclusive design, and localization
- Background in both product design and Design Ops environments
- Experience contributing to and scaling design systems
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with design systems and complex application flows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Rally, Aha!
- Awareness of emerging technologies such as generative AI and spatial computing
