ENSD Technician

We are seeking an ENSD Technician to provide end-user support, device deployment, and basic network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and network-connected devices while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and end-user issues.
• Perform device imaging, setup, and replacement activities.
• Support user account administration and password resets.
• Respond to and resolve service tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Required Skills

• Experience in desktop support or end-user support.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now or Jira.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support, field support, or IT support roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with device deployment and imaging tools.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN and wireless networking.
