About The Role
The role is responsible for translating complex product requirements, user research insights, and business objectives into elegant, intuitive digital interfaces. The designer will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science to define the user journey and build high-fidelity interactive experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interface design patterns. The designer will shape the core usability and aesthetic direction of consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring cross-platform consistency.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system, components, and interactive prototypes to streamline the handoff to frontend engineers.
- Partner with UX Researchers to plan and execute usability tests, transforming feedback and data insights into iterative product enhancements.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and user journeys to cross-functional stakeholders to align product development with user goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for design optimization and workflow simplification.
- 3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role in a fast-paced technology company.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow simplification, visual design craft, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Expertise in modern design patterns across web, iOS, and Android platforms, including accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Familiarity with collaborating directly with frontend engineers, including basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and component-driven frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Bonus:
Experience designing for complex data visualization, B2B SaaS products, or setting up automated token-based design systems.
