We are hiring multiple Level-1 Data Center Field Ops Technicians with 100% travel required
. This is a great entry-level field opportunity for candidates with cabling experience and an interest in hands-on technical work supporting enterprise data center operations.
- Perform loopback testing and circuit verification.
- Install and troubleshoot fiber and copper cabling.
- Support hardware installations and data center infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network paths and circuits.
- Follow all safety guidelines while working onsite.
- 2–3 years of experience in data center operations or structured cabling.
- Experience with fiber optic and copper cabling.
- Familiarity with cabling hand tools and testing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- OTDR/PMLS testing
- Fusion or Mechanical Splicing
- Lift up to 50 lbs (move up to 75 lbs).
- Comfortable working in active data center environments, including ladders and confined spaces.
