Sterling B2B Developer – Dallas, TX (Onsite) Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File Gateway.
• Extensive knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and industry‑specific transaction sets.
• Hands‑on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration with EDI processes.
• Strong understanding of EDI mapping, document translation, and communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTP).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI issues across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Configure, maintain and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and File Gateway to ensure efficient data exchange with trading partners.
• Design and implement EDI mapping and translation logic for various transaction sets.
• Collaborate with Order Management System teams to align EDI workflows with business processes.
• Troubleshoot complex EDI integration issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Document system configurations, mapping logic and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical support and best‑practice guidance to internal teams and external partners.
