Procurement Data Analyst

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours.

• Data Review and Cleanliness: collect, clean, and analyze procurement data from ERP systems, suppliers’ data sources, and other tools, and maintain data integrity across procurement systems.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and savings opportunities based on validated data and stakeholder input.
• Dashboard and Report Building: build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as spending by category, supplier on-time delivery, PO cycle times, and other key metrics.
• Vendor Management: support the creation and implementation of vendor management programs to assess and promote vendor performance and development.
• Spend Analysis: conduct regular spend analysis and category deep dives to support sourcing strategy development and supplier negotiations.

  partner with Finance, Procurement Buyers, Category managers, and other business stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks.
• Transaction Support: assist in resolving issues required to complete procurement transactions.
• Knowledge and System Access Management: manage content related to the internal supply chain intranet site (policy, procedures, processes, forms, templates, etc.) and provide operational support to educate stakeholders on procurement processes.
• Continuous Improvement: provide input and support for continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, processes, and procedures.
• Tool Maintenance: assist with maintaining procurement related tools and associated user accesses.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

• 6–10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
• Prior experience managing teams, including remote or site-based personnel.
• Strong understanding of procurement operations vs. sourcing strategy separation.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and procurement workflows.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and public company environments preferred.
