T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours.
Key Responsibilities- Data Review and Cleanliness: collect, clean, and analyze procurement data from ERP systems, suppliers’ data sources, and other tools, and maintain data integrity across procurement systems.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and savings opportunities based on validated data and stakeholder input.
- Dashboard and Report Building: build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as spending by category, supplier on-time delivery, PO cycle times, and other key metrics.
- Vendor Management: support the creation and implementation of vendor management programs to assess and promote vendor performance and development.
- Spend Analysis: conduct regular spend analysis and category deep dives to support sourcing strategy development and supplier negotiations.

Collaboration:
partner with Finance, Procurement Buyers, Category managers, and other business stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks. - Transaction Support: assist in resolving issues required to complete procurement transactions.
- Knowledge and System Access Management: manage content related to the internal supply chain intranet site (policy, procedures, processes, forms, templates, etc.) and provide operational support to educate stakeholders on procurement processes.
- Continuous Improvement: provide input and support for continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, processes, and procedures.
- Tool Maintenance: assist with maintaining procurement related tools and associated user accesses.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support diverse company initiatives and business issues.
- Project management and influencing skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with business partners up to EVPs using data to support recommendations and insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented and time-sensitive environment.
- 6–10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Prior experience managing teams, including remote or site-based personnel.
- Strong understanding of procurement operations vs. sourcing strategy separation.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and procurement workflows.
- Familiarity with SOX controls and public company environments preferred.
