What you’ll do
- Monitor network performance using metrics and KPIs to ensure adherence to defined service level objectives and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and execute network maintenance plans, including updates, expansions, and fault isolation to maintain system reliability.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design and optimize network architectures aligned with organizational needs.
- Investigate and resolve complex network issues, collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions and escalging when necessary.
- Establish and review network design KPIs and service level agreements to support performance and availability goals.
- Guide coding and automation efforts to enhance network scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Extensive experience in network architecture, design, and optimization aligned with business needs and industry standards.
- Proficiency in network security principles and implementation to safeguard infrastructure and data.
- Strong skills in network troubleshooting, fault isolation, and resolution following established recovery procedures.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform on multiple cloud platforms.
- Expertise in IP address management and network routing protocols to ensure efficient connectivity.
- Ability to monitor network performance using metrics such as availability, MTBF, MTTR, and SLIs to maintain service levels.
- Experience developing and executing network maintenance plans and change management processes.
- Knowledge of risk analysis, requirement scoping, and solution assessment within network projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, stock, and other benefits.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, electrical engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in large‑scale networking environments or related area.
- 5 years’ experience in large‑scale networking environments or related area.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related area and 1 year’ experience in large‑scale networking environments or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and willingness to support an inclusive culture.
