Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday onsite, Remote Monday & Friday)
Duration: Long-Term Contract (12 months to start) + High Conversion Potential
Pay: $75.00–80.00/hour W2 + Benefits
We’re seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer to join a cross‑functional product team focused on creating intuitive, user‑centered experiences across native mobile and enterprise applications. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive the UX process from discovery and research through implementation.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end product design across native iOS, Android, and enterprise applications.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to define user stories and UX deliverables.
- Influence product and design decisions through UX best practices, user research, and data‑driven insights.
- Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes, and interaction patterns.
- Develop and maintain UX specifications, documentation, and design patterns.
- Conduct usability testing, user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and other UX research activities.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders while incorporating feedback throughout the design process.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
- Manage multiple initiatives while communicating project status, risks, and timelines.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing native iOS and Android applications.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
