360 Technology is looking for an AI Automation Consultant to support enterprise transformation programs across our client portfolio. This role is suited for someone who can combine hands‑on delivery, clear communication, and practical problem-solving in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

Assess business processes, automation opportunities, data readiness, and operating constraints.
Design AI, workflow automation, and human‑review patterns that improve cycle time, quality, or capacity.
Support pilots, adoption plans, governance, and value measurement across client teams.

Qualifications

Experience in business process analysis, automation delivery, AI use case discovery, or transformation consulting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business operations and technical teams.
Working knowledge of generative AI, RPA, workflow platforms, analytics, or enterprise applications.
