• Lead a team of Data Scientists in designing and delivering AI/ML solutions for business and marketing use cases.
• Drive technical decision‑making, project execution, and production stability within assigned domains.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and align data science initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Design, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven solutions.
• Develop and deploy AI capabilities through APIs, SDKs, and microservices.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build statistical models and machine learning algorithms using Python and cloud‑based technologies.
• Implement MLOps best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficient model deployment.
• Stay current with advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

• Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Expertise in Python and data science libraries.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation.
• Experience developing APIs, SDKs, and microservices.
• Strong data visualization and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring data scientists.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
