Job Title: Healthcare Payor Solutions Architect – BPS

Location: Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US)

Join our founding team and help transform healthcare with solutions that are 40% more efficient and infinitely more adaptive. You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision‑support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current‑state operations and co‑create the future‑state AI‑native architecture.

• Understand Healthcare client workflows (Insurance, Payor) and pain points
• Architect AI‑native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
• Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
• Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and technical capabilities
• Present solutions to C‑level stakeholders and drive adoption

• 10+ years in Healthcare
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and Business Process Services (BPS)
• Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
• Excellent client‑facing communication and executive storytelling skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands‑on
