Restaurant POS Launch Specialist
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Dallas, TX
. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $41.38 – 48.28/hr (W2)
- 4-month assignment to start with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business need
- This role is 50% remote with travel requirements across the Dallas metro area
- Personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed
- You will travel to restaurant merchant locations to onboard and train teams on new digital ordering and SaaS platform solutions
- Execute merchant onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless implementation experience
- Create training materials and provide hands-on, in-store training for restaurant staff
- Configure platform software and support implementation of POS and digital ordering systems
- Help to increase merchant adoption and maximize platform success
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant/bar management, customer support, systems implementation, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience implementing or training users on POS systems
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, and other business tools
- Spanish fluency is a plus!
