Ideal Candidate:
Network Engineer with strong LAN/WAN expertise combined with AV-over-IP experience supporting Teams Rooms, video conferencing, digital signage, and enterprise collaboration environments
Experience: 8 10+ Years
Key Skills (Mandatory):
- Network Administration (LAN/WAN)
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN
- Routing & Switching
- Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto Technologies
- Network Monitoring (Solar Winds, Wireshark)
- Teams, Zoom, Webex Support
AV
Skills Required:
- AV over IP (AVoIP)
- Dante, NDI, AES
67 Protocols - Video Conferencing & Unified Communications
- Digital Signage & Video Wall Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure and AV systems.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity issues.
- Support IP-based AV solutions and collaboration platforms.
- Administer switches, routers, servers, and wireless devices.
- Monitor performance and resolve network bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for escalated issues.
