As a Technology Specialist Senior within PNC’s CTO SRC First Response organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.
  • Perform maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades.
  • Detect, resolve, and/or escalated incidents; participate in root cause analysis, correction and prevention.
  • Monitor systems availability, performance and capacity against baseline metrics and report trends.
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of supported systems and applications.
  • Perform application governance tasks such as required attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, responding to audit and regulatory inquiries, and complying with technology standards.
  • Administer and execute processes and procedures, and address issues for products and services supported in Technology Infrastructure.
  • Support analysis and report generation, exception processing and service management.
  • Implement new products, services and operational solutions as well as augment existing capabilities.
  • Provide technical operational, analytical and research support to technical teams through written and verbal communications.
  • Drive incident resolution and root cause analysis of production problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical, operational and service procedures, as well as process workflows for operational/applications teams.

Competencies
  • Hardware Infrastructure, IT Standards, Procedures & Policies, Problem Solving, Process Management, Server Software, System and Technology Integration, Systems Software Infrastructure, System Testing and System Testing Tools.
Work Experience
  • Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered.
