Technology and Innovation - Senior Associate; OneStream

Riveron is a One Stream Diamond Partner looking for a Senior Associate focused on the One Stream Platform to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will be focused on three areas.

• Primary focus will be engagement delivery, and quality assurance on the One Stream platform.
• Work side‑by‑side with our leadership team in assisting with multiple client engagements ranging from implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a consultant in the above areas.
• Furthering practice capabilities and development of team members.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• 1+ years of implementation or optimization of the One Stream Platform
• Participated in parts or a full One Stream implementation
• Ability to translate business requirements to effectively implement of One Stream solutioning
• Experience with  or Visual Basic and business rule writing
• Understanding of core Actual and FP&A financial concepts and statements
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures (financial close, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
• Experience assisting customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices
• Broad knowledge and solutioning of the One Stream Market Place solutions
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products and data modelling
• You have the ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships.

• You have the ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments.
• You have the ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams.
• You have the desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activities.
• One Stream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation
• One Stream Certified Professional a plus

What You’ll Do:

Execute Engagements

• Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective One Stream solutions.
• Work directly with Riveron team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific

One Stream functionality

• Assist with workshops to define implementation strategies.
• Assist with implementation team(s) in executing implementation.
• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements.
• Collaborate with broader Riveron capability teams to interface with other opportunities.

One Stream Practice Development

• Work with practice leadership to develop One Stream Case Studies, technical training, business development training and collateral, and engagement materials/templates.
• Assist with scoping One Stream modules and services required to assist clients in achieving engagement objectives.
