Project/Program Manager IT 5 (Agile Coach – Digital Dev Ops)

Peoria, IL | Chicago, IL | Dallas, TX (Hybrid – In Office as Needed)

12‑Month Contract

1st Shift, Monday–Friday

Pay: $78 - $80 an hr

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Project Program Manager to support a large‑scale Digital Dev Ops organization. This individual will play a key role in enabling Agile excellence across multiple global teams, driving collaboration, removing delivery obstacles, and helping teams maximize business value through continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, stand‑ups, and reviews across multiple teams.
  • Coach teams, leaders, architects, and engineers on Agile principles, Lean practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver value.
  • Identify and remove blockers while reducing decision latency across teams and initiatives.
  • Drive transparency through Agile metrics, reporting, and data‑driven insights.
  • Support collaboration across global cross‑functional teams focused on Cloud, Dev Ops, Security, Identity, and Risk.
  • Promote team self‑organization, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
  • Strong background facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and performance data.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive organizational change.
