Sr. Architect; Telecom & AI

Type of hiring – Fulltime

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in the Telecom domain to lead strategic solution design and enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, business transformation, and AI‑driven telecom solutions, with the ability to engage directly with CXO‑level stakeholders and drive end‑to‑end solutioning.

This is a leadership role requiring deep telecom expertise, excellent consulting skills, and experience designing scalable enterprise solutions leveraging AI and emerging technologies.

• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture for large‑scale Telecom transformation programs.
• Engage with CXO‑level stakeholders to understand business objectives and define technology roadmaps.
• Design scalable enterprise solutions across BSS, OSS, Digital, and AI‑driven platforms.
• Drive solutioning, proposal development, architecture governance, and technical leadership.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/Generative AI to improve telecom operations, customer experience, automation, and business processes.
• Collaborate with business, delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Provide architectural guidance for cloud‑native, microservices, API, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Support pre‑sales activities, client presentations, workshops, and strategic consulting engagements.
• Mentor architecture teams and establish best practices for solution design and governance.

• 15+ Years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong experience in the Telecom industry, with expertise in BSS/OSS, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Proven experience interacting with CXO‑level executives and leading strategic architecture discussions.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI/Generative AI use cases within the Telecom domain, including automation, analytics, customer service, or intelligent operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, enterprise integration, and modern application architectures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience in consulting, pre‑sales, solution design, and business transformation.
• Background with leading telecom organizations or global system integrators is highly preferred.
