Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products.
- Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.
- Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
