- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across data initiatives.
- 3+ years of data engineering experience.
- Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and AWS.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale data projects and influence technical strategy.
