Qualifications
- Consulting or professional services background strongly preferred — client-facing delivery experience is a key differentiator for this role
- 6+ years in BI/analytics with a primary focus on Power BI; 3+ years architecting Power BI solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in DAX, M query, calculation groups, field parameters, and composite models
- Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience (One Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse)
- Experience managing Power BI Premium or Microsoft Fabric capacity (F-SKUs/P-SKUs), including performance tuning and capacity planning at scale
- Azure data platform familiarity: ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL;
Databricks and Snowflake a plus - Knowledge of external tools — Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit
- Knowledge of other BI tools — Looker, Tableau, Sigma, etc.
- Familiarity with Power BI MCP server and AI-assisted analytics workflows (e.g., Claude integration, Fabric Data Agent) is a plus
