While the tool is in place, the organization lacks dedicated technical resources to build workflows, optimize processes, and fully leverage platform capabilities. They are seeking an experienced Developer who understands both the technical and business process sides of the platform—someone who can design, configure, and implement workflows that streamline operations and enhance visibility across teams.
certifications (Work Management, Business Process, or core certification).
Experience integrating with other systems or supporting custom configuration.
Background in operations, process design, or continuous improvement.
