We are seeking an elite Senior Data Scientist to join our team onsite in Dallas, TX. This critical role focuses on integrating advanced Machine Learning and data science methodologies directly into our Operations Research (OR) toolsets. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between historical data and future-proof strategy—efficiently querying and summarizing descriptive insights, building high-impact recommendation systems, and driving prescriptive analytics that directly inform corporate decision-making.

- Enhance existing Operations Research (OR) tools by embedding Machine Learning models to significantly improve recommendation and decision-making accuracy
- Query, process, and analyze massive historical datasets to extract descriptive insights and summarize complex data patterns
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade predictive and prescriptive models that provide actionable strategies for business leaders
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to ensure all algorithm developments consider future scalability and long-term business roadmap alignment
