What You ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery and research through wire framing, prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy and influence the future direction of the platform.
- Simplify complex workflows and information architecture into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities and validate design decisions.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to and leverage the organization s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to deliver thoughtful, impactful design solutions.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience designing complex digital products.
- Experience owning the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research through delivery.
- Strong experience designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or other complex digital applications.
- Proven ability to simplify complicated workflows and improve usability.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, problem-solving, and measurable business impact.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Experience working within or contributing to a design system is highly preferred.
- Experience modernizing or redesigning legacy platforms.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, insurance, or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience designing data-rich or workflow-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
