Smile Doctors, LLC is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide initial and ongoing IT support for team members at clinics or from home. You will troubleshoot computer and network issues, explain problems to non-technical staff, and coordinate with the IT team to resolve Patient Management System issues.
The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of help desk experience;
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.
