Oracle Fusion P2P Techno Functional (60% Technical and 40% Functional)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional expert to design, develop, and support our Accounts Payable and Payments modules. Bridge the gap between business finance users and the IT team, managing configurations, orchestrating system integrations, and building custom reports to optimize P2P workflows.

• Lead the end-to-end configuration of Oracle Fusion AP, including payment terms, tax setups, and approval hierarchies
• Manage Payment Process Requests (PPRs), bank integrations, and payment format files (e.g., XML/ISO 20022, EFT, SEPA)
• Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve complex issues related to invoice validation, matching (PO/receipt), prepayments, and credit memos
• Assist finance teams with period-end closing activities, reconciliation, and subledger accounting (SLA) troubleshooting
• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand and address procurement-related requirements
• Support end-to-end procurement processes including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier management, sourcing, and procurement contracts
• Perform configuration, setup, testing, and deployment of enhancements and change requests

• Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web service
• Write complex SQL queries and develop customized layouts using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Support data migration activities using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and ADF Desktop Integrator (ADFdi)
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot workflows, ensuring system performance and data integrity

  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a Finance-related field (B.Com, MBA

  Experience:
  
  8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with a strong focus on Fusion Cloud Payables, Purchasing, Cash Management, and General Ledge
• r.Technical Proficiencies: Hands‑on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Integration tool
• s.Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of accounting principles, P2P life cycles, month‑end closures, and regulatory compliance
• e.Soft Skill: Excellent analytical problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to non‑technical finance stakeholder
