Agile Coach
The Agile Coach is responsible for driving Agile transformation across teams, programs, and leadership functions. This role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and executives to establish Agile ways of working, improve team performance, enable continuous delivery, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Agile Coach serves as a mentor, trainer, facilitator, and change agent, helping teams adopt Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and Dev Ops practices while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Transformation & Coaching
- Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
- Coach Scrum Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile principles and practices.
- Assess Agile maturity and define improvement roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of Agile and Lean methodologies across multiple business units.
- Facilitate organizational change management activities related to Agile transformation.
Team Coaching & Facilitation
- Mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and SAFe practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Program Increment (PI) Planning
- Help teams remove impediments and improve delivery effectiveness.
- Promote self-organizing and high-performing teams.
Leadership Enablement
- Coach executives and managers on Agile leadership principles.
- Support organizational design aligned with Agile operating models.
- Guide leaders in metrics-driven decision-making.
- Drive Agile governance while maintaining team autonomy.
Delivery Excellence
- Improve predictability, quality, and delivery velocity.
- Establish Agile KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support value stream optimization and flow efficiency.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, product management, PMO, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Align business priorities with Agile delivery plans.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and drive consensus across stakeholders.
- Communicate Agile transformation progress and outcomes to leadership.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of IT and project delivery experience.
- 3+ years as Agile Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and Dev Ops practices.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
