We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives at the intersection of user experience, product strategy, and emerging technology.

This is not a production-focused UI role. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable conducting user research, uncovering customer needs, and translating those insights into intuitive product experiences. The ideal candidate can evaluate complex workflows and simplify them into elegant, user-centered solutions, and design experiences. They will work closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle to validate concepts, refine solutions, and ensure designs are both user-centered and technically feasible.

Learner Mobile continues to evolve as an AI-powered knowledge ecosystem, with new capabilities being introduced across content creation, administration, analytics, and AI-powered experiences. As the platform grows, we are focused on creating a more unified, intuitive, and scalable user experience that makes complex tasks feel simple. This role will lead the transformation of both our administrative platform and learner applications by establishing design standards, refining workflows, influencing product direction, and creating experiences that are approachable for new users while remaining powerful for experienced administrators.

The ideal candidate deeply understands users, influences product direction through research and design thinking, and translates those insights into intuitive, accessible experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. They are naturally curious about how people work, where they struggle, and how technology can reduce friction. They are comfortable conducting user research, mapping workflows, designing interfaces, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders.

Most importantly, this person embraces AI as a core part of the future user experience—helping define how intelligent assistants, automation, and guided workflows can make learning administration dramatically easier.

This role is expected to be a design leader who helps establish UX best practices, champions design thinking across the organization, and influences the long-term product vision.

The Ideal candidate has:

• A passion for user experience, product design, learning, and emerging technology
• A background in user research and discovery, information architecture, experience design, and visual interface design
• Proven success designing complex SaaS, enterprise, web, or mobile applications
• The ability to simplify complex workflows and translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
• Experience designing products for users with varying levels of technical expertise
• Expertise in information architecture, workflow design, systems thinking, and user research
• Experience leveraging AI-powered design, prototyping, and product development tools to accelerate ideation, workflow design, user research, and experience validation
• Experience using qualitative research, analytics, and customer feedback to influence product decisions
• Familiarity with learning platforms, content management systems, or enterprise software
• A growth mindset and curiosity around AI-powered user experiences
