What You’ll DoAs the Systems Administration Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and system health
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage Active Directory users, permissions, and security access
- Support wired and wireless networking environments
- Maintain file servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery processes
- Recommend system upgrades, patches, and new technologies
- Maintain technical documentation and infrastructure records
- Provide Tier II technical support for desktops, laptops, VoIP systems, and mobile devices
- Support business‑critical software applications and end users across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Systems Administration or Network Administration experience
- Knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and infrastructure
- Experience with technologies such as:
- Dell EMC
- Juniper
- Proxmox
- Microsoft technologies
- Experience supporting:
- Switches
- Routers
- Firewalls
- VoIP systems
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Cybersecurity knowledge preferred.
- $70,000–$85,000 salary based on experience
