Summary of Functions

The Senior IT Business Analyst serves as a key member of an Agile product team, partnering closely with the Product Owner to analyze business needs, document business processes, define solution requirements, and ensure product features are ready for successful delivery. This role bridges business operations and technical delivery by documenting current and future state processes, identifying process improvement opportunities, performing business and data analysis, supporting user experience (UX) activities, and translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

The Senior Business Analyst collaborates with stakeholders, Product Owners, UX designers, developers, architects, quality assurance analysts, and Scrum teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives while providing an intuitive user experience.
