HANA Solution Architect, SAP Supply Chain (Presales)

A global tier-1 IT services and consulting firm is hiring a SAP Supply Chain Presales Solution Architect to lead solutioning and transformation initiatives for customers across manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, life sciences, high-tech, and distribution. This is a senior presales role for someone who can act as a trusted advisor to supply chain leadership and shape large S/4

HANA transformation pursuits.

What you ll do

You will lead presales activity for SAP Supply Chain transformation opportunities: running discovery workshops, process assessments, and solution blueprint discussions, leading client demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and driving RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and solution governance. You will analyze customer supply chain constraints and design scalable end-to-end solutions across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics, defining integration strategy across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and external ecosystems.

You will support roadmap development, business case creation, effort estimation, and pursuit strategy, collaborating with sales teams, alliance partners, and distributed delivery teams. The role also includes developing reusable assets and accelerators, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to practice development.

What you ll bring

13+ years of SAP Supply Chain consulting, solution architecture, and transformation experience, including a minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP S/4

HANA implementations. Proven expertise across multiple SAP Supply Chain modules including MM, PP, QM, EWM, WM, TM, IBP, and APO, with strong end-to-end process knowledge spanning Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, warehousing, demand planning, and transportation management. Familiarity with the wider SAP ecosystem including BTP, SAP Analytics, and SAP Business Network. A track record of presenting to executive and C-level stakeholders, with strong commercial, estimation, and value engineering instincts.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple strategic pursuits simultaneously. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline. SAP Supply Chain certifications preferred. Industry experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, logistics, high-tech, automotive, or life sciences is a plus.

This is not a delivery-only or configuration-only role. Candidates whose supply chain experience is limited to project execution without presales exposure, solution ownership, or executive-facing pursuit work will not be a fit. It is also not suited to single-module consultants without breadth across the supply chain landscape or without full lifecycle S/4

HANA implementation depth.
