I'm working with a growing professional services organization that's investing heavily in its modern data platform and is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Developer.
This is a brand-new, greenfield position where you'll own the front end of the Microsoft BI stack, partnering closely with a Data Engineer to transform curated data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
If you enjoy speaking with stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing intuitive dashboards, and building semantic models that people actually use, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
What you ll be doing:- Build and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Work alongside the Data Engineering team within Microsoft Fabric
- Develop AI-enabled reporting experiences using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric capabilities
- Improve reporting performance, governance, and self-service analytics across the business
- 3-5 years of Power BI development experience
- Strong DAX, Power Query, M and data modelling skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders and gathering requirements
- SQL and data warehouse concepts
