As a Business Systems Analyst Senior within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Strongsville, OH.
Job Description- Partner with Wealth Management, Investment Management, Operations, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and data mapping documentation.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Analyze business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
- Formulate and define the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
- Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results.
- Identify and document all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
- Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for a specific business group.

Work Experience:
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Certifications/licensures:
None required.
Base Salary: $40,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
