Desktop Support Technician (Weekend Shift)

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

While this is a weekend position, candidates must be flexible and available to pick up weekday shifts as needed for operational coverage. Because of this requirement, candidates should not have another job or recurring commitment that would prevent them from working weekdays when requested.

• Minimum 6+ months of hands-on desktop support experience in a professional work environment supporting end users

• Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting

• Microsoft 365 installation and support

• Basic hardware and network troubleshooting

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, and Microsoft products

• Service Now or other ITSM experience

• Printer support

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Cable management and workstation setup experience

Provide Level 1 support for client's 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC), delivering white-glove technical support to over 300 users in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Troubleshoot desktop software, hardware, and basic network issues

• Create and manage incidents and service requests

• Image, configure, deploy, and replace desktop equipment

• Support Crestron A/V systems, training rooms, and workstation buildouts

• Maintain inventory and replace equipment with hot spares as needed

• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and leadership

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.
