Overview
TEKsystems is a leader in IT solutions and is working with a top American bank holding company and financial services corporation to run a paid 10.5 week hybrid training/boot-camp to learn how to be an Incident and Problem Specialist.
Locations- Pittsburgh, PA
- Dallas, TX
- Phoenix, AZ
- Cleveland, OH
12 Month contract.
Training Schedule8AM-5PM MST for training
On the job 8-5PM local time
Pay RatesTraining Rate: $16/hr
On job rate: $25/hr
Knowledge to be learned- Dynatrace
- Big Panda
- SQL
- Python
- Linux/OS
- Shell Scripting
- Security Basics
- Cloud Basics/Security
- Monitoring Metrics/Splunk
Event management and monitoring infrastructure components. Alerts to go through processes and remediation that needs to take place. Utilize different monitoring tools. Create documentation of incident management.
