Intake Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage document migrations, metadata updates, and access control within EDMS.
• Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders on migration projects.
• Execute bulk data migrations and quality assurance checks.
• Maintain data quality, dashboards, and document control processes.
• Support taxonomy development, document tagging, and metadata governance.
• Assist with project management, process improvements, training, and documentation.
• Identify and support AI-driven enhancements to document workflows and operations.
• Manage multiple projects using tools such as Asana or Buganizer.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with document management systems, metadata management, and data migration projects.
• Understanding of construction/engineering documentation and change control processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with SQL, Google Apps Script, or advanced spreadsheet automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools, prompting, and workflow automation.
• Experience with organizational change management and technology deployments.
