A global tier-1 IT services and consulting firm is hiring a SAP Finance Presales Solution Architect to lead solutioning and finance transformation initiatives for customers across industries. This is a senior presales role for someone who can own the finance architecture story with customer executives and shape large S/4

HANA transformation pursuits.

You will lead presales activity for SAP Finance transformation opportunities: running executive workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations, and preparing solution documents, proposals, presentations, and bid responses. You will design end-to-end finance transformation solutions and integrated enterprise architectures, build business cases and estimation models, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solution designs. You will work closely with delivery and technology teams on feasibility and validation, support sales teams with competitive positioning and solution differentiation, and provide strategic guidance on finance transformation roadmaps.

The role includes opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, and developing reusable assets and accelerators, often across multiple simultaneous pursuits with distributed teams.

13+ years of SAP Finance implementation and solutioning experience, including a minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP S/4

HANA implementations. Deep module expertise across SAP FI, CO, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Group Reporting, Central Finance, Revenue Recognition, and S/4

HANA Finance. Strong knowledge of S/4

HANA Finance innovations and digital finance transformation programs. Proven experience in RFP analysis, scope definition, effort estimation, and value-based solutioning, with a track record of client presentations to executives and finance leaders. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. SAP certification in Finance modules preferred.

This is not a delivery-only or configuration-only role. Candidates whose FICO experience is limited to project execution without presales exposure, solution ownership, or executive-facing pursuit work will not be a fit. It is also not suited to functional consultants without full lifecycle S/4

HANA implementation depth or without experience building proposals, estimates, and business cases.
