Sr Endpoint Specialist

• Work in a complex endpoint environment, including cross-platform support, cloud integrations, mobile device management, and advanced security requirements.
• Handle day-to-day administration while contributing to long-term endpoint strategy and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Participate in major incident response, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate issue resolution with engineering, security, support, and vendor teams.

• Experience administering enterprise endpoint devices, including Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, within a Microsoft enterprise environment.
• Experience working within enterprise change management processes, including phased deployments, release management, and rollback procedures.
• Experience with Endpoint Management Tools - Microsoft Intune, Microsoft MECM (SCCM), and JAMF.
• Experience with enterprise security and identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD), Okta, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, deployment documentation, and operational runbooks.
