Communications Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities

• Support a modern, AI‑enabled approach to insights
• Orchestrate the tracking of global digital and media coverage & performance
• Identify emerging trends and potential risks
• Serve as Communications Intelligence point of contact for the international team’s earned media efforts
• Quantify the effectiveness of global communications strategies
• Act as the subject matter expert for intelligence tech stack
• Lead the testing and optimization of tracking tools
• Manage complex project timelines and deliverables
• Act as a strategic advisor to cross‑functional teams
• Lead the development of high‑impact data visualizations and executive presentation reporting
• Drive deep‑deep research to uncover the root causes behind data trends
• Architect predictive dashboards and models
• Lead the testing and integration of advanced AI‑enabled tools

• 5+ years of experience in communications, data analytics, or market research
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting earned media programs
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives
• Demonstrated ability to "connect the dots" between macro trends and business objectives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater) and AI‑driven analytics platforms
• Experience managing project timelines and driving alignment across cross‑functional teams
