Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology operations or service management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RCA methodologies, reporting, problem management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application support.
• Exposure to ITIL framework and best practices and strong documentation.
• Proficiency in technology service management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management.

We are looking for a Problem Analyst to support our Technology Problem Management function. This role is responsible for investigating recurring incidents, identifying root causes, and supporting the implementation of long-term solutions to improve system reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze incident trends and recurring issues to identify underlying problems.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and documenting findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support the Problem Management Lead in tracking and reporting problem metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across technology operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and ITIL best practices.
