Finance Application Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Net Suite platform, Concur, other AP Solutions, bank feeds, and all related financial applications and systems.
• Manage integrations between Net Suite and other financial systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance system functionality and meet business requirements.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of financial technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the financial systems meet their needs and support organizational goals.
• Ability to work from the office two to three days a week.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, a related field, or equivalent and proven experience.
• 5+ years experience in managing financial systems, particularly Net Suite.
• Displays excellent leadership and self-sufficient qualities.
• Robust understanding of financial system security practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Master’s degree or MBA (Preferred Qualification).
• NS (Net Suite) Certified (Preferred Qualification).
• Advanced certifications in relevant financial technology disciplines (Preferred Qualification).

Demonstrates expertise in managing and optimizing financial systems, particularly Net Suite, while ensuring compliance with security practices and regulatory standards. Proven ability to develop custom solutions and maintain vendor relationships to enhance financial technology operations.
