Role – Manual Tester with strong Excel knowledge. A manual tester ensures software quality by designing, creating, and executing test cases without automation tools to identify bugs, verify functionality, and validate user experience.

• Requirement analysis
• Planning and reviewing software requirements and functional specifications to develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test execution
• Manually executing test cases (functional, usability, UI) to verify that software behaviour matches expected results
• Bug reporting: identifying, documenting, and reporting software defects in tracking systems
• Regression testing: re-testing fixed bugs and running existing test cases to ensure new code changes do not break existing functionality
• Exploratory testing: performing unscripted testing to find hidden bugs and usability issues
• Collaboration and communication: working with developers, product managers, and clients to discuss bugs, test results, and project requirements
• Test environment setup: preparing necessary test data and environment to conduct tests

• Strong Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and SQL/API basics
• Attention to detail: meticulous approach to finding minor flaws
• Communication: ability to write clear bug reports and communicate with developers
• Analytical thinking: ability to understand complex systems and user behaviour

At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
